3D PLUS a plus de 210 000 composants microélectroniques dans l’espace, et plus de 25 ans d’expérience de vol sans aucune défaillance signalée. Notre patrimoine de vol se développe continuellement avec des produits lancés dans l’espace tous les mois en orbites LEO, MEO et GEO, pour des missions d’exploration de l’espace lointain, pour des flottes de constellations de satellites, et pour des missions gouvernementales en Europe, en Amérique et en Asie. Nos missions phares comprennent Mars 2020, Mars Science Laboratory, Rosetta, New Horizons, Juno, OneWeb, AlphaSat, Sentinel, Ariane 5, ISS, Parker Solar Probe, Insight, et bien d’autres encore.
On March 14, 2025, NASA launched the Electrojet Zeeman Imaging Explorer (EZIE) mission, marking a significant step forward in our understanding of space weather and its interactions with Earth. The mission consists of three small satellites, strategically positioned in a unique formation between 260 and 370 miles above Earth. Their goal is to map the auroral electrojets, enhancing our comprehension of the physical dynamics between Earth and space.
The insights gained from EZIE will be beneficial not only for Earth but also to understand space weather in other magnetized planets within and beyond our solar system. Additionally, the mission aims to develop predictive models to mitigate the impact of space weather on human activities.
As of May 27, all three satellites have confirmed their operational status and are functioning as expected. With initial checks completed and preliminary data collected, EZIE is set to embark on its 16-month journey of discovery.
