The 3DCO0849 COMBO is a space grade COnfiguration Memory BOot manager to configure and scrub high end
SRAM-based FPGAs and MPSoCs requiring a large configuration memory.
3D PLUS’s COMBO module provides a unique solution that combines all required hardware resources into a single module to boot and scrub SRAM-based FPGAs. COMBO does so in the smallest PCB footprint available on the market.

COMBO is an all-in one space grade solution that:

  • Provides 16 Gb of storage capacity for multiple FPGA configuration bitsreams and OS images for the embedded processors.
  • Boots and configures SRAM-based FPGAs from the required configuration image stored in COMBO
  • Guarantees data integrity of the stored bitstreams/OS images and data.
  • Supports functionality to Error Detect And Correct the SRAM-based FPGA when needed.
  • Allows the in-flight reconfiguration.
  • Allows persistent file storage if needed.
  • Provides file protection for golden bitsream.
  • Supports different SRAM-based FPGA types including AMD Versal ™, Ultrascale ™/Ultrascale+ ™
