Since 1995, we have been designing, developing, and manufacturing miniaturized electronic modules built for the most demanding environments. Thanks to our patented 3D stacking technology, we reduce the size and weight of electronic systems by up to ten times. Our solutions deliver a proven level of reliability for space, defense, and aerospace applications.

With over 220,000 modules deployed in space and more than 25 years of flight heritage without a single reported failure, we bring our expertise to the world’s leading space industry players across telecommunications, Earth observation, navigation, exploration, launchers, and constellations.

Our Story

Founded in 1995 in Buc (near Versailles), 3D PLUS has established itself as a world leader in space-grade electronic components, driven by its expertise in 3D miniaturization and integration.

A major milestone was achieved in 2004 when our technology was qualified by the European Space Agency (ESA). Today, we continue to grow and enhance our capabilities through strategic acquisitions:

• Bernier Connect (2019) : Specialists in electronic interconnect solutions.
• Pyramid Semiconductor (2021): Experts in high-reliability semiconductors.
• TRAD (2022): Specialists in environmental testing and radiation effects.
