While browsing our website, cookies may be placed on your device. * Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the operation of the website (do not require consent). * Audience Measurement & Statistical Cookies: Used anonymously to improve user experience.
In accordance with CNIL guidelines, you can accept, decline, or customize your cookie choices at any time via our cookie management banner.
IV) Tracking Pixels
A tracking pixel is a very small image (1 × 1 pixel), invisible to the recipient, which may be embedded in emails sent by 3D PLUS. In accordance with Guidelines 2/2023 of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) and the recommendation of the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) dated April 14, 2026, the use of tracking pixels in emails constitutes an operation to read information on the recipient’s device.
When subscribing to the 3D PLUS newsletter, users can choose whether or not to accept their use.
When you open an email containing a tracking pixel, your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) automatically sends a request to the server hosting this image. This request makes it possible to collect information such as open rates, click-through rates, date and time of opening, in order to tailor our communications and their frequency.
You can update your preferences or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the tracking pixel management link located at the bottom of each of our emails.
Refusing or withdrawing your consent does not prevent you from receiving our emails, as long as you remain subscribed to our communications.
