 Our Vision: Responsible Innovation

As a high-tech company specialized in 3D microelectronics, 3D PLUS designs and manufactures high-reliability products in France for worldwide use, particularly in the space sector. Aware of the challenges facing our ecosystem, we place sustainable development at the core of our economic and industrial strategy.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach is based on concrete, collective, and measurable actions. In 2026, the renewal of our AFNOR Engagé RSE Label (Confirmed level) reflects this continuous improvement, with our score now reaching 615 points (compared to 530 points in 2023). Furthermore, the completion of our Scope 3 carbon footprint assessment in 2024 marks a decisive milestone in guiding our efforts toward an ambitious CO₂ emission reduction trajectory.

Our 4 Strategic Pillars

  • Reduction of environmental impacts: rigorous management of our emissions and integration of sustainability at every stage of our business.
  • Responsible growth and innovation: development of high-performance, reliable products to sustain our economy while respecting planetary boundaries.
  • Social commitment: protection of employee well-being and safety, skills development, and promotion of diversity.
  • Ethical and local partnerships: active cooperation with suppliers and service providers within our ecosystem for a shared, long-term positive impact.

“By integrating these principles at all levels, 3D PLUS combines innovation, performance, and environmental respect to build a prosperous and responsible future.” — Pierre-Éric Berthet, CEO of 3D PLUS (05/18/2026)

Diversity and Inclusion

The commitment of 3D PLUS to professional gender equality is an integral part of our corporate culture. The results of our latest assessment plan bear witness to this.

2025 Gender Equality Index

CSR and Team Engagement3D PLUS achieved an overall score of 87 out of 100 points, exceeding the regulatory threshold of 85 points.

Breakdown of indicators:

  • Pay gap: 37 / 40 points
  • Individual salary raise rate gap: 35 / 35 points
  • Salary raises upon return from maternity or adoption leave: 15 / 15 points
  • Representation of the under-represented gender among the top 10 highest earners: 0 / 10 points

In 2026, 3D PLUS firmly commits to pursuing its efforts and deploying new initiatives to sustainably advance equality and gender balance across all its teams.

An inclusive environment attentive to every employee

In addition to its commitments to professional equality, 3D PLUS structures its approach to inclusion and quality of life at work around three complementary pillars:

  • Disability policy and support for caregivers: The company deploys targeted awareness actions (health, European Disability Employment Week – SEEPH, reception of DuoDay interns). In addition, the QVCT (Quality of Life and Working Conditions) agreement reinforces support for employees through the allocation of paid days of absence for collaborators who support a parent. This measure also applies to parents of children recognized by the MDPH (Departmental Houses for Persons with Disabilities) or affected by an ALD (Long-Term Illness).
  • Inclusive recruitment and valorization of seniors: Active participation in specialized job fairs and dedicated meetings (notably on the integration and retention of senior talents) reaffirms the desire of 3D PLUS to diversify its profiles and value experience at all levels.
  • Social barometer: 3D PLUS established a social barometer in the form of an internal consultation to measure the perception of work and gather the expectations of the teams. This process serves to improve the quality of life at work through communication, management, and health.

Environmental Commitments

As a responsible industrial player, 3D PLUS actively commits to protecting the environment, human health, and people through strict regulatory compliance and global “green” initiatives.

Compliance and Space Initiatives

Supported by the French Space Agency (CNES), we are deeply involved in complying with the European REACH regulation to control risks associated with chemical substances. We participate globally in GREEN initiatives by providing all required declarations regarding RoHS, REACH, and halogen-content regulations. Our products are clearly identified as compliant or non-compliant based on our clients’ constraints and requirements.

Conflict Minerals

In perfect alignment with our parent company HEICO (USA), 3D PLUS enforces a strict vigilance policy regarding conflict minerals. We ensure that the raw materials used in our electronic components do not originate from geographic areas where mining operations fuel or impact armed conflicts.
