3D PLUS has more than 200,000 microelectronics components in space, and more than 20 years of flight heritage with no reported failure. Our Flight Heritage is expanding continuously with products launched in Space every month in LEO, MEO and GEO orbits, for deep space exploration missions, for satellite constellation fleets, and for governmental missions in Europe, America, and Asia. Our Flagship missions include Mars 2020, Mars Science Laboratory, Rosetta, New Horizons, Juno, OneWeb, AlphaSat, Sentinel, Ariane 5, ISS, Parker Solar Probe, Insight, and many more.
Certification to external standards is one example of how 3D PLUS strives to meet the needs of its worldwide customers. 3D PLUS Headquarter factory, Technical Center and Sales sites, as well as our major subcontractors, are certified to prestigious internationally recognized quality standards. 3D PLUS has continued its Quality excellence path by successful periodic renewal audits performed by third-party LRQA. On site twice a year LRQA monitor the 3D PLUS growth and ensure strong application of ISO9001 standard.
Every two years since 2004, 3D PLUS succeeded to renew its Process Identification Document approval with ESA based on ECSS-Q-ST-60-05C. With each PID renewal, 3D PLUS improves its capability domain, to reinforce the reliability of 3D PLUS products, reduce manufacturing lead-time and give access to its customers of new products for space. 3D PLUS implemented ECSS-Q-ST-60-13C requirements in its standard procedures to be fully compliant with its PCA351 with its approved PID 3300-0546.
