Quality Policy
3D PLUS is a company, specialized in micro-electronics, which utilizes an innovative technology for the implementation of very dense products of components which it conceives, manufactures and markets. Its specificity is based on the interconnection of electronic components in three dimensions; these techniques are protected by a substantial portfolio of patents and a recognized expertise.
3D PLUS endeavours to offer a wide range of products, as many standard products as well as custom, which have been defined after an in-depth analysis of client needs.
The intense involvement of the personnel working in the Aerospace field since the creation of the enterprise has permitted us to achieve such a high level of quality that our technology was qualified in 2004 by both the French and European Space agencies. This is why, in relying on our history, our dual objective is, on the one hand, to have very strong growth leading to positive results and, on the other hand, to pursue and improve the Quality procedures according to our essential values :
Innovation and Competitiveness
3D PLUS wishes to preserve its leadership and to not “lose its touch” in the area of interconnection and packaging of components. The Company must indeed continue to offer high technology products conforming to the expectations of our clients. To do this, the management encourages all personnel to be involved in innovation in order to distinguish themselves as best as possible with respect to the competition.
Communication with clients
Every person at 3D PLUS who is in contact with clients should pay particular attention in order to :
- know the expectations and needs of the clients
- satisfy the clients in terms of follow-up, service and relationships
- penetrate new fields, different from our existing markets (Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Petrochemical).
This focus will permit the values created by these new activities to be added to those of our present markets.
Attentive communication with our clients, linked to substantial efforts of industrialization, should permit us to increase our orders entry by at least 50% each year.
Creation of products of very high reliability
The Quality Product approach implemented since the creation of 3D PLUS in October 1995 has given the enterprise a reputation for very high reliability which it agrees to maintain and to further develop.
All of the processes of product fabrication, from design to testing, must therefore ensure, with respect to the following objectives :
- Conformity of the products to client requests
- Commitment to announced lead times
- Optimisation of order processing
- Total mastery of design and fabrication processes
- Control of selected suppliers
Also, a continuous education, training and individual support provide our employees with the know-how, the tools, the confidence, and the motivation they need to implement and improve our quality philosophy.
These essential and founding values are internalized and shared at every level of the organization.
The Company management wants the Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001, version 2000, requirements to remain a true company project and commits itself to furnish the resources necessary for improvement of the Quality System. It requests the participation of all personnel in this approach.
